Scott E. Neadum is kinda based off me...Not physically, more mentally!
Neadum was a former Marine around the time Carl was in the army, and was responsible for saving him. After being discharged, he becamse a mercenary, however he wasn't as successful as Carl. He is eventually hired to Kill Klaus Schutleberg, Carl Nadez's client. He is often beaten up by Carl, and arrested by Sarah. Eventually, he wises up, and takes a job working for Klaus, as a butler of sorts.
