Vince is a classmates of Elena Nadez when she was at university, and he fell head over heels for her. Vince decides to enroll in the class his professor offered, in hopes oif being with Elena in the 6 months in Central America. Unluckily for Vince, he was put in a town away from Elena, and his house was that of a lonely old woman who needed his assistance almost all the time. When he finally got to see Elena, she was already interested in Eric. Seeing this rattled Vince, and changed him. When they had to go back, Vince still tried his luck with Elena, however she put him in the friend category. being so close to Elena, yet being unable to have her played a big part in driving Vince insane.
